Course Contents | ||
1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectra; the factors affecting the chemical shift, interpretation of spectra. Mass spectra; determination of molecular formula , interpretation of fragmentation. The combination of all of UV, IR, NMR and mass spectra in the evaluation of the lighting structure. | ||
