Catalysis was one of the most popular subjects related with chemistry in the 20th. Century. Especially in the second half, “Catalysis” became a subdivision in synthetic chemistry due to large applications in industry. Coordination compound have major role in the field. However, it might be taken under two main subtitles such as, heterogen catalysis and homogen catalysis to make it more comprehensive. In the course, history, development and the basic rules of the catalysis are studied. This provides the students to understand the main idea of the catalyst
