Objectives of the Course
The undergraduate level students’ of tourism education having knowledge about position, importance and functions of travel agents and tour operators in the tourism distribution system

LO-1 Students who have successfully completed this course: To be able to explain travel agents and tour operators' role in the distribution system PO-1 At the end of the programme the students should be able to: Have an understanding of the structure of the tourism industry, how it functions, and its significance for the development of the country.
PO-15 Understand and apply national and international law, regulations and professional standards related to tourist guiding.
PO-16 Describe, synthesize, analyze, interpret and evaluate data and information professionally.

LO-2 To be able to explain the basic issues and concepts about travel agents and tour operator. PO-1 At the end of the programme the students should be able to: Have an understanding of the structure of the tourism industry, how it functions, and its significance for the development of the country.
