The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 At the end of course students will have knowledge of the basic level of environmental microbiology. Students at the end of two applications related to environmental microbiology laboratory by following the Incidental PO-1 Understand the basic concepts regarding the biology programs

Course Contents
Identification of microorganisms: Classification and general characteristics of eukaryotic and prokaryotic organisms, bacteria and bacteria-count methods, move-in bacteria and nutrient transport,-protozoa, blue-green algae, viruses, fungi, micro-environmental conditions on the effects of micro-nutrient requirements and growth kinetics of microorganisms encountered in-wastewater treatment, microbiological control-Waters
