Objectives of the Course

To teach the Turkey's biological richness, natural medicinal plants, which are rich in endemic plants and endemic genera and species, including plants Important Plant Areas (OBA) is introduced.

The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1	Learn about the biological richness of Turkey	PO-1 Have an advanced level of knowledge about the recent and best practices in Biology, deepen and expand their knowledge on the expert level, conduct and assess the analyses by employing statistical methods	Examination
LO-2	Learns turkey endemics and rare plant	PO-3 Make use of the knowledge they have in order to find a solution to problems by analyzing, comparing and questioning them and can carry out original research in the related field on their own	Examination
LO-3	Important Plant Areas (OBA) recognizes.	PO-4 Have the qualification and capability to gain admission to doctoral programs, R&D units or occupations related to the field with the knowledge they have gathered in the field	Examination

Course Contents
Turkey, the richness of flora, topography, natural medicinal plants, endemic genera rich in endemic plants, including species and these plants in 7 geographical bilgemizdeki Important Plant Areas (OBA) and the measures to be taken for their protection.
