Objectives of the Course
The purpose of this course, "human resources management" is to give an overview to the students about the concept / objective / historical development, business analysis / design, human resource planning and employee selection, training and career development of human resources, international issues such as human resource management.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Can explain the main topics and concepts of human resources management. PO-2 Analyze and design at the organizational level, understand the functions of business management that are planning, organizing, execution, coordination and control, describe and apply them, and be acknowledged with modern management perspectives.
PO-3 Have information about the basic concepts of strategic management, strategic management process and strategic analysis and strategy selection, implementation and control strategies
PO-4 Have advanced level of knowledge on topics such as job analysis, provision and assigning of human resources, career, performance evaluation and performance-based pricing which are within the scope of human resources management applications that are encountered in both public and private sector.
PO-5 Have advanced level of knowledge on new concepts, techniques, and applications emerged in recent years in the field of organizational behavior along with topics such as human and human behavior in organizations, perception, attitude and personality.
Examination
LO-2 Can explain the research fields in human resources management in a detailed way. PO-4 Have advanced level of knowledge on topics such as job analysis, provision and assigning of human resources, career, performance evaluation and performance-based pricing which are within the scope of human resources management applications that are encountered in both public and private sector.
PO-15 Use modern methods and technologies of business administration including analytical thinking and information technology in the first instance
PO-17 Establish effective communication, oral and written; at least one foreign language in general use at the level of the European language portfolio. B2.
PO-18 Use research methods and techniques for writing a thesis or doing scientific research.
