Objectives of the Course
This course aims to inform the students about the individual behavior in organization/group.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 can define human behavior in organization PO-5 Have advanced level of knowledge on new concepts, techniques, and applications emerged in recent years in the field of organizational behavior along with topics such as human and human behavior in organizations, perception, attitude and personality.

LO-2 can explain the contemporary approach in organizational behavior. PO-2 Analyze and design at the organizational level, understand the functions of business management that are planning, organizing, execution, coordination and control, describe and apply them, and be acknowledged with modern management perspectives.

Course Contents
The course deals with human behavior in organizations. Topics include individual differences and work behaviour; rewarding and punishing individual behaviour; occupational stress; group behaviour; (types of groups, characteristics of groups); conflict management; organizational power and politics; leadership; organizational processes (decision making, communication, socialization); organizational change and development.
