Objectives of the Course
It is aimed with this course to gain both theoretical and practical experiences for the students by giving the information about analyzing, modeling and solving of the problems of the facility layout selection and location design.

Methods for planning a new facility layout, a layout plan of the existing methods to be used in order to integrate the processes, the necessary techniques to be used in improving the flow in a plant, facility site selection methods for the analysis and computerized layout planning.
