Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to teach the specific extraction and quantification of target molecules in various samples and the use of spectrophotometric techniques commonly used in the biochemistry laboratory and to teach the basic principles of these techniques.

Total protein extraction from various numbers, quantitative quantification of proteins, SDS-PAGE electrophoresis, protein purification, methanol extraction from various samples, antioxidant activity assignment by DPPH method.
