Objectives of the Course
To intoduce the basic concepts and processes of program development; to explain the relationship between annual and daily unit plans; to introduce teaching methods, strategies and techniques; to show how the teaching methods and material are used to evaluate student succes; to show what kind of materials are used to evaluate student success and how they are developed or used.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 The student can explain the concepts and processes of program development. PO-1 The candidate can understand, analyze and interpret the basic concepts and functions of Business Science in expertise level, and can apply this ability in one or more fields such as Management and Organization, Marketing, Production Management, Quantitative Methods, Accounting and Finance in expertise level.
Examination
LO-2 The student can be able to evaluate the student achievement and effectiveness of teaching. PO-4 The candidate brings new grounds in the field of business administration by providing original scientific studies, and develops a new scientific method or applies to known methods into different fields, and contributes to national and international literature.
PO-9 As a good academician and researcher, the candidate can learn to look critically to new subjects, to new developments in the field of Business Administration, to related other topics. Also, he/she can improve his/her questioning and exploratory aspects.

Basic concepts and processes of program development, curriculum, annual, unit and daily plans, content selection and organization, teaching methods and strategies, materials properties and selection, assessment and evaluation, assessment, evaluation approaches, different types of tests, monitoring and development of achievement tests , writing test questions, grading.
