Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to enable students to learn the labor law-based rights and obligations in the employment relationship.

Definition and qualifications of labor law, labor contract and its features, debts arising from labor contract, employee protection, wages, working hours and leaves, termination of law contract, issues related to collective labor law and social security law.
