Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to gain perspective on the general principles, basic concepts and theories of constitutional law, the organs of the state and the relations between these organs.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Can explain the basic concepts of constitutional law. PO-19 can find solutions about the juridical problems which can be met in business life.

LO-2 Can learn the concepts of state, democracy, systems of government, constituent power, elections and separation of powers. PO-19 can find solutions about the juridical problems which can be met in business life.

LO-3 Can explain the protection procedure of fundamental rights and freedoms and fundamental rights and freedoms. PO-19 can find solutions about the juridical problems which can be met in business life.

The concepts of constitutional law, the state, the elements and organs of the state, state forms, government systems, elections, the concept of democracy and constitutional judgment constitute the content of this course.
