Course Contents |
Processes related to the gathering of small groups, staying together and interaction between members are discussed. In this structure, the functions and tasks of the members, the positions of the members in the group as a result of the hierarchy between members and the other structural features of the groups, the membership conditions, the norms within the group and the rules and objectives that shape the movements of the members are discussed. In addition, the relations between small groups and their positions and relations in the society are discussed in the light of the methods, theories and concepts in the sociology of small groups. |
