Objectives of the Course | |||||
The aim of the course is to examine and analyze the behaviors of employees in the organization by taking into account the variables of group, organization and environment. The aim of this course is to teach the students the psychological and social behaviors of individuals in the work environment. It is aimed to gain professional skills based on learned concepts and theories. |
