Objectives of the Course | |||||
The aim of this course that students integrate knowledge, ability and assets about worker health and work safety; behaviour improvment according to situation, create more healty environment for their study by learning protection ways from work accidents and occupational diseases and generate ability of serving a care service. |

LO-1 | Can define basic terms about work health and work safety. |
PO-2 Has the ability to use the knowledge gained in the field of business and management in decision making. PO-12 Uses information and communication technologies along with Office and computer software at least at the Basic Level of the European Computer Usage License required by the field of healthcare. PO-18 Knows the institutions and organizations within the health system, and acts in accordance with the laws, regulations and legislation regarding his/her duties, rights and responsibilities in the health field. |

LO-2 | Can define frequent accidents at work and occupational diseases, must know the basic rules about preventetion of frequent accidents at work and occupational diseases and must perform the protection ways. |

PO-6 Critically evaluates the acquired knowledge and skills. PO-8 Is open to participate in programs tailored to learning needs. PO-10 Willing to help his/her colleagues. PO-16 Has sufficient awareness in health field about individual and public health, environmental protection and occupational safety. PO-18 Knows the institutions and organizations within the health system, and acts in accordance with the laws, regulations and legislation regarding his/her duties, rights and responsibilities in the health field. |
