Objectives of the Course
To teach the basic concepts and techniques related to rhythm and dance, to introduce different dance forms through dance, movement skills, cognitive skills, choreographic and creative methods, social and aesthetic skills, artistic presentation.

Course Contents
Basic concepts of rhythm and dance, rhythm of music and movement, posture exercises, walks, jumps, bounces and galops, rhythm, melody and music selection, steps and dance compositions related to waltz, salsa, cha cha, polka dances.
