To be able to comprehend the terms and definitions related to physical fitness, to teach physical fitness elements and parts, to teach measurement and evaluation methods of physical education and exercise, to provide information about testing, measurement and evaluation, to teach to prepare an exercise program, to teach its application and evaluation, to teach endurance, strength, To enable them to recognize and use speed and flexibility measurement methods |
