Objectives of the Course
In addition to working for others, characteristics, knowledge and competencies of the target students reveal the entrepreneurial qualities that exist in them and acquire the necessary equipment to develop them intended.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 From the characteristics of entrepreneurship, query properties. Explained about types of entrepreneurship compare activities. PO-2 Know the legal arrangements and professional standards in the field of tourism and travel services administration.
PO-4 Know how to organize and provide presentation, information, guiding, transportation, meeting-congress organization and other services served in travel agency managements.
PO-5 Know at least one foreign language at level A2 Europe Language Portfolio.
PO-6 Easily apply the theoretical and practical knowledge obtained from school and internship practices.
PO-7 Know how to operate computer automation systems used in travel agency managements and use these systems efficiently.
Examination
LO-2 Entrepreneurship traits of successful entrepreneurship to develop their own entrepreneurial qualities. PO-3 Know the internal and external environmental factors which have an effect on tourism and travel services administration.
PO-9 With the theoretical and practical experience obtained, they are able to analyze and provide solutions to the problems encountered of the sector.
PO-10 Have strong communicative skills and accommodate easily adapt to teamwork
PO-11 Communicate efficiently and positively with their juniors and seniors.
PO-12 Have the ability to work under work load, stress and pressure.
PO-13 Know and take active charge in applications as to agency operations, tour planning, tour operator and operations management made in travel agency managements.
Examination
LO-3 By learning the obstacles and incentives in entrepreneurship, compare relevant opportunities. PO-9 With the theoretical and practical experience obtained, they are able to analyze and provide solutions to the problems encountered of the sector.
PO-14 Know and apply making reservations, coordination with other accommodation managements, customer management, calculations, accounting and registering.
PO-15 Attend teamwork as a team member in sales-marketing, congress and fair organizations.
