Objectives of the Course
1. To give information about health law and related basic concepts 2. To provide information on patient rights within the framework of national and international legislation 3. To give general information about informed consent and medical malpractice in medical interventions. 4. To evaluate the physician-patient relationship in terms of legal and criminal liability. 5. To give general information in terms of administrative responsibility.

LO-1 Gains knowledge of health law and related basic concepts. PO-3 Has the ability to independently evaluate professional problems and issues with an analytical and critical approach and to propose solutions.
PO-7 As a species, duties, rights and responsibilities, and related laws, regulations, legislation, and act in accordance with the rules of professional ethics.
PO-8 Elder care is basic information related to the dependent and independent of the background using the LED.
Examination
