Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to gain knowledge and skills on the basic concepts of film translation, film translation methods, strategies used in translation methods, audio-visual text, and technical informations.

Course Contents
This course covers basic concepts of film translation, technical information about the field that the film translator should consider, film translation methods, subtitles, dubbing, overhead speaking methods, translation strategies, audio-visual text, matching, synchronization.
