Objectives of the Course
In the aim of this course, it will give to students; necesarry information of topographic and geological map, knowledge of using the maps for own vocational aims

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Be able to define topographic and geological maps. PO-1 An ability to apply knowledge of basic engineering sciences and earth sciences for the solution of geological engineering problems.
PO-2 An ability to identify, formulate, and solve geological engineering problems and knowledge of contemporary issues.
PO-5 An ability to acquire to design and use modern tools and products which are developed for earth sciences and engineering practices in a way that meets certain needs.
Examination
LO-2 Be able to know basic symbols used in topographic and geological maps. PO-1 An ability to apply knowledge of basic engineering sciences and earth sciences for the solution of geological engineering problems.
PO-2 An ability to identify, formulate, and solve geological engineering problems and knowledge of contemporary issues.
PO-3 An ability to design field experiments, as well as analyze and interpret data for a predifined engineering purpose.
PO-5 An ability to acquire to design and use modern tools and products which are developed for earth sciences and engineering practices in a way that meets certain needs.
