Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to provide students with knowledge about human development and how they learn. It is expected that the knowledge gained by the pre-service teachers within the scope of this course will form a basic infrastructure.

The content of this course; psychology and its sub-branches, educational psychology developmental concepts, principles and factors affecting development, physical development, basic concepts related to cognitive development, Piaget and cognitive development theory, language and moral development, personality development and factors affecting personality development, theories explaining personality development, fundamentals of learning and classical conditioning theory, operant conditioning theory and social learning theory, information processing theory, constructivist theory covers topics.
