Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to design and conduct a study by using the knowledge and skills acquired in undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral courses by setting up experimental setups, solving the problems that arise, and using the necessary devices and computer programs. In addition, it is to gain the knowledge and skills to write a thesis report by interpreting the results of the study and to prepare or present the results of their studies as national or international articles and publications.

LO-1 Can search for sources related to the study subject, examine these sources systematically, and design a new study subject/project/experiment/method using their previous knowledge. PO-1 Develop advanced theoretical and applied knowledge in the field, depending on undergraduate and graduate qualifications.
PO-3 Can closely follow national and international developments in the field of chemistry.
PO-4 Can systematically follow up-to-date information in the field.

Presentation

Course Contents
Within the scope of this course, experience is gained in the literature review and evaluation of resources, the preparation of a work plan and program, the procurement of necessary materials, the establishment of an experimental setup, and the use of necessary devices or computer programs. In addition, the evaluation and interpretation of the results obtained and making and defending the final report, thesis, or publication are also within the scope of the course.
