Objectives of the Course
It examines the economic structure, functioning and development of cities, as well as factors such as population dynamics, labor market, housing market, infrastructure, transportation, industry and trade, and public policy.

Urban economics is a branch of economics that monitors the economic structure, functioning and development of cities. Factors such as population dynamics, labor market, housing market, infrastructure, transportation, industry and trade, and public policy are the areas of study of urban economics.
