Objectives of the Course | |||||
This course aims to comprehend the economic dynamics of the sport industry and the principles of financial management. It aims to develop students' competencies to analyze the financial structures of sports organizations and to manage budgeting and financial planning processes. |

It covers the basic concepts and importance of sports economics, supply and demand dynamics in the sports market, sports consumer behavior models, labor market in the sports industry and its global effects, analysis of macroeconomic data related to sports economics, analysis and interpretation of financial statements of sports enterprises, financial planning and budgeting techniques for sports organizations, discussion of sports economics and financing issues through real world examples. | ||
