Objectives of the Course | |||||
The aim of this course is to enable students to learn the effective management of clubs and sports organizations and the integration of innovation processes into these structures; and to develop their leadership, strategic planning, innovative thinking, and problem-solving skills. |

Course Contents | ||
This course includes the fundamental principles of club and organization management; leadership and team management skills; strategic planning and implementation processes; the concept and processes of innovation; creative thinking techniques and change management strategies; the development of students’ project management competencies; practices aimed at establishing and sustaining a culture of innovation in clubs; examples of successful club management and innovation implementations to help students integrate theoretical knowledge with practice; and activities designed to enhance students’ abilities to generate both managerial and innovative solutions. | ||
