Objectives of the Course | |||||
The main objective of this course is to introduce students to the basic concepts and ethical principles of sports law and to provide them with the ability to analyze legal and ethical problems encountered in the sports sector. Students acquire the ability to solve legal disputes and evaluate ethical dilemmas encountered in sports activities. |

The aim of sports law, resources and qualifications, organization and management structures of sports in Turkey and in the world, athlete contracts, transfer processes and legal dimensions, ensuring discipline in sports activities, penal boards and sanctions, doping control, legal consequences and ethical evaluations, legal regulations for the prevention of violence and disorder in sports competitions, methods of combating match-fixing, incentive premiums and corruption in sports, basic principles and application areas of sports ethics. | ||
