Course Contents |
In this course, the basic concepts and principles of international project cycle management will be discussed. The stages of developing a project idea, conducting a needs analysis and identifying stakeholders will be detailed. Project planning, resource management, risk analysis and sustainability strategies will be examined comprehensively. In addition, reporting, monitoring and evaluation processes in international projects will be covered with practical examples; focusing on European Union projects, Erasmus+ and other international funding programs. |
