Course Contents |
It covers what stress is, different types of stress and their effects on the individual, the effects of stress on mental and physical health, stress sources encountered in daily life and their analysis, cognitive and behavioral strategies, relaxation techniques and time management, definition, importance and ways to increase resilience, principles of positive psychology and its effects on individual well-being.
