Course Contents |
It covers the definition of athlete identity, its formation and the effect of social factors, motivation theories in sport, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation sources, their effects on performance, leadership styles in sport, the effect of team communication and harmony on performance, ethical values in sport, fair play concept and practices, psychological resilience development methods and stress coping strategies of athletes, performance measurement techniques, feedback and development strategies.
