Objectives of the Course | |||||
The main objective of this course is to teach students the basic concepts, theories and practices in the fields of sports media and public relations. It is aimed that students will be able to develop effective communication strategies in sports organizations and manage media relations professionally. |

It covers the evolution of sports media in the historical process and its role today, the definition, importance and basic principles of public relations, public relations strategies and practices in sports clubs and organizations, techniques of preparing press releases, media relations and organizing press conferences, communication strategies in crisis situations in the sports sector and protection of corporate reputation, the use of digital platforms in sports media and social media strategies, ethical rules and legal regulations in sports media and public relations. | ||
