Objectives of the Course | |||||
This course aims to provide basic knowledge and skills for the protection and promotion of athlete health. Students learn about preventive and curative approaches that support the physical and psychological health of athletes. |

Course Contents | ||
In this course, basic concepts of athlete health will be discussed and factors affecting athlete health will be discussed. Topics such as physical fitness assessments for athletes, nutrition principles and fluid balance will be covered. Common injuries in athletes and their prevention, treatment methods and rehabilitation processes will be discussed in detail. In addition, stress management, motivation and mental resilience will be examined to support the psychological health of athletes. | ||
