Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course is to develop the skills of the students about travel management and related issues, to provide information about functions of travel businesses and current management approaches.

LO-1 Students who have successfully completed this course:Can define basic concept related to travel management PO-8 Have an understanding of the basic concepts, theories, principles and facts within the context of management, economics, and social psychology.
PO-9 Understand service delivery processes related to tourist guiding profession, and use them in a way to ensure visitor satisfaction.
PO-10 Understand and apply management theories and practices in order to effectively run a travel business.
PO-16 Describe, synthesize, analyze, interpret and evaluate data and information professionally.
