Objectives of the Course
The purpose of this course is to enable students gain knowledge and skills in the treatment and care of the elder people with psychiatric problems

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Will be able to define occurring mental disorders in old age PO-4 The old and the physical, mental, and social change defines, in accordance with the requirements of the care that gives directions.
PO-11 Elderly helps achieve individual and family health services.
Examination
LO-2 Will be able to discuss the causes of mental disorders resulting in old people PO-1 Elder care and access to basic scientific knowledge, assessment, and has to apply the knowledge.
PO-3 The basic level of knowledge and skills acquired in the field of elderly care, and evaluates the data using the comments, problems, identifies, analyzes, and the solution takes place for the planned studies / take responsibility.
PO-4 The old and the physical, mental, and social change defines, in accordance with the requirements of the care that gives directions.
Examination
LO-3 Will be able to explain psychological care for mental health disorders seen in elderly patients PO-1 Elder care and access to basic scientific knowledge, assessment, and has to apply the knowledge.
PO-3 The basic level of knowledge and skills acquired in the field of elderly care, and evaluates the data using the comments, problems, identifies, analyzes, and the solution takes place for the planned studies / take responsibility.
PO-4 The old and the physical, mental, and social change defines, in accordance with the requirements of the care that gives directions.
PO-6 Profession and elderly care knows about the ethical values and develops solutions by considering these values.
