Objectives of the Course
The aim of ticketing lesson; teaching the definiton and the basic information of aviation and tickets and also the calculation of tickets fee.

The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 know ticket types. PO-

LO-2 The students learn the calculation of ticket fee. PO-2 Know the legal arrangements and professional standards in the field of tourism and travel services administration.

LO-3 The students lern the airline flight tariffs. PO-4 Know how to organize and provide presentation, information, guiding, transportation, meeting-congress organization and other services served in travel agency managements.

LO-4 Knows technical terms related to electronic tickets PO-2 Know the legal arrangements and professional standards in the field of tourism and travel services administration.
PO-9 With the theoretical and practical experience obtained, they are able to analyze and provide solutions to the problems encountered of the sector.
PO-14 Know and apply making reservations, coordination with other accommodation managements, customer management, calculations, accounting and registering.
PO-16 How to know booking and ticketing concerning all the travel agencies who provide transportation service and take active charge in these applications.

General information of IATA, IACO, ticketing operations, freedoms of the air and the kinds of tickets and vocation.

5 The exercises relatied to use of Ofiicial Airline Guide. Lecturing
6 The exircises related to using of airline flight tariff. Give example
7 Minimum conjuction duration and the flight route of plane. Lecturing

9 Calculation of flight duration and the time differences between the countries. Exercising
10 Observation the table that shows the situatioon of the time differences between the countries .(According to Greenwich Meantime) Lecturing
