Objectives of the Course
To analyse improvement of Turkish Economy in history. Providing evaluation change to know the structure of Turkish economy and how it is working. It also aims to give information about where Turkey is in terms of global economy and what should do. To learn economic politic changes with their reasons that appeared especially after 1980.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Can Learning, the Causes of Decline of the Ottoman Empire and the Terms in the Foundation Years of the Republic of Turkey PO-2 have basic information about treatment rules between individuals, markets and countries.
PO-3 have information about the reasons and results of transition that take place in economics
PO-6 have ability on examining and analyzing the effects of economic policies.
PO-9 have ability on commenting current economic issues considering economic theory in the view of sociology.
PO-13 tell his/her information or ability by using written, spoken or visual tools.
PO-14 have ability to respect different religions, life styles and question the information in the view of scholar idea.
Examination
LO-2 Can Learning of the Development of the historical process of Economy of the Republic of Turkey PO-14 have ability to respect different religions, life styles and question the information in the view of scholar idea.
PO-15 can work, take initiative and lead within the teams which consisted different disciplines.
PO-16 report preparation that examine the economy in terms of sectoral and macroeconomic.
Examination
LO-3 Can Learning sources, natural sources, human resources, capital formation of Turkish economy PO-2 have basic information about treatment rules between individuals, markets and countries.
PO-4 have theoretical and empirical information to analyze how to authorities, consumers and firms effect each other and how to make decision.
PO-5 have upper explanation ability on the effects of economy policies on individuals and firms under the principles which are dominating economy.
PO-15 can work, take initiative and lead within the teams which consisted different disciplines.
Examination
LO-4 Can Explain Economic Crises of Turkey and Reasons and Results of These Crises PO-2 have basic information about treatment rules between individuals, markets and countries.
PO-6 have ability on examining and analyzing the effects of economic policies.
PO-9 have ability on commenting current economic issues considering economic theory in the view of sociology.
PO-11 have ability on defining economic variables and comment on the relationships between these variables.
