to teach russia history which has an important place in Turkish history, the Soviet regime and the policies of Turkistan, the Turks' independence movements. |

PO-1 able to conceptualize historical events and phenomenons with scientific methods and techniques by expert appraisal. PO-2 able to use use of interdisciplinary approaches during this study PO-3 able to define the information acquired at the level of expertise, evaluate critically and analyze the information obtained. PO-4 able to access to historical datas, interpret these datas and assess the reliability and validity of these datas. PO-5 able to use national and universal values and assimilate these values. PO-13 able to continue PhD programme by the means of acquired skills from this programme. |
