Objectives of the Course
Give introduction about fauna of Turkey and zoogeographic dispersion.

The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 be able to give examples for fauna of Turkey PO-1 Understand the basic concepts regarding the biology programs
PO-8 Are able to collaborate both intra- and interdisciplinary by planning and managing the activities regarding the development of the members subordinate to them
PO-9 Are able to express themselves in verbal and written communication having the ability to work individually, take initiatives and make their own decisions
PO-10 Have the professional and ethical responsibility in the process of the collection, evaluation and implementation of the data in the field of study and publishing the results
Examination
LO-2 can explain zoogeographic distribuition of Turkey's fauna PO-2 Transfer and adapt what they have acquired in the field of Biology to other disciplines
PO-4 Have the skills to define, model and solve the biological problems in the field of Biology and related fields
PO-6 Are able to assess and evaluate the data making use of the advanced knowledge and skills that they have acquired in the field, to define and analyze the issues connected with current technological developments finding ways to offer solutions to those issues based on the researched and evidence
