The course is designed to provide the students with the fundamentals of operations management and new approaches in operations management.

Course Contents
In this course total quality management, lean production, six sigma, supply chain management, theory of constraints, process focused management, flexible manufacturing systems, multi criteria decision making methods and artificial intelligence will be discussed.
