Objectives of the Course
To know the secretarial profession in general terms, the types of secretarial duties and responsibilities to learn, which must bear the characteristics of the secretary of knowing, To understand the professional qualifications of the secretary, the secretary general knowledge of their duties, office stewardess, understand the rules of courtesy and good manners.

LO-1 Gain basic knowledge and skills in secretarial. PO-2 It acts in accordance with social, scientific, cultural and ethical values in the stages of collecting, interpreting, applying and announcing the results of the data related to the field.

LO-2 Comprehend the qualifications required of the Secretary. PO-8 By using their basic knowledge and skills in the field, they inform the relevant people and institutions, share their thoughts and solutions to problems with experts and non-experts in writing and orally.

The concept of profession, the concept of secretarial, secretarial profession, the concept, historical development of the secretarial profession, classical and contemporary concepts of secretarial, secretarial types, the secretary's personal characteristics, courtesy, etiquette and protocol rules, the telephone conversations.
