Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to provide the students who will work as medical secretaries firstly to have information about basic communication methods. In addition, to have sufficient knowledge about communication with patients and their relatives.

LO-1 To comment on the definition and the extension of interpersonal communication PO-1 Uses computer programs, tools and information technologies required for applications in the field.
PO-6 Interprets and evaluates data by using the basic knowledge and skills acquired in the field, defines and analyzes problems and takes part in studies planned for solution.
PO-15 Have theoretical and applied knowledge in the field

LO-2 To know better the various stages of interpersonal communication having importance such as school environment, business environment, circle of friends ,home and family PO-13 They act in accordance with quality management and processes in their field and participate in these processes.
