Objectives of the Course
This course is to inform the students about the location, scope, function and duties of the travel agencies, especially by teaching the basic structural differences of the intended travel industry. In addition, it is to train professional staff with travel management knowledge and skills.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 The students understand the importance of the travel agencies in tourism sector PO-4 Know how to organize and provide presentation, information, guiding, transportation, meeting-congress organization and other services served in travel agency managements.

LO-2 The students learn the abilities of travel agencies PO-13 Know and take active charge in applications as to agency operations, tour planning, tour operator and operations management made in travel agency managements.

LO-3 learn the organizations related with tourism and travel agencies. PO-3 Know the internal and external environmental factors which have an effect on tourism and travel services administration.
