Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to bring general knowledge about the economic concepts and make students monitor the current economic issues in the world.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Interpret the relationship between the dynamics of the world economy maintained and provides PO-9 have ability on commenting current economic issues considering economic theory in the view of sociology.
PO-11 have ability on defining economic variables and comment on the relationships between these variables.

Course Contents
Current economic problems requires a basic understanding of economic events in the history.Therefore, the development of the economic policies will be discussed in the lectures. This course will also follow deeply Turkey's economic development and policies over time in order to understand the basic conceptions about the lecture.
