Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course is to reveal the stress relations and crisis sources encountered in individual and business life theoretically.

The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 To know on an individual basis and in business life crisis sources. PO-2 Elder care monitors events and developments related to the agenda of the country and the world will follow.
PO-9 Elder care practices related to the health care team members to solve complex problems encountered and unforeseen will cooperate with.

Definitions of the crisis, the causes of the crisis, external environmental factors and organizational factors, types of crisis, crisis characteristics, crisis systems, the phases of the crisis, the crisis management process, samples of the crisis, developmental crises on an individual basis, stages, developmental crises management, stress definition, stressors, stress coping strategies, stress management.
