Objectives of the Course
Objective of the course is to teach Karakhan Turkish phonetic, morphological characteristics and grammatical structure in general.

LO-1 Students can explain about Karahanli State. PO-2 grasp the interdisciplinary interaction of their field of study and conduct joint studies with different fields of study.

Examination
LO-2 Students can give information about the Karakhan period of Turkish. PO-7 carry out independent studies requiring expertise related to their field of study

Course Contents
To obtain Historical information about Karakhanid Period of Medium-Turkish. To obtain information about the studies done on the original texts of the period. To manage activities such as; reading, making transcription, interpretation, voice and morphological investigations on the choosen original texts of the facsimiles of Kutadgu Bilig and Atabetü'l-Hakay?k. Understanding the properties of grammar of this period via texts.
