Objectives of the Course
Mainly used in hotels front office and housekeeping departments Elektra automation program, to be used by students as active.

The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Can do group reservation processes through the program. PO-6 Easily apply the theoretical and practical knowledge obtained from school and internship practices.
PO-7 Know how to operate computer automation systems used in tourism and hotel managements and use these systems efficiently.
PO-14 Know and apply making reservations, room sales, greeting guests, calculations, accounting and registering.
PO-19 Prepare reports regarding their task and present them to their seniors.
Examination
LO-2 Can make account transactions related to group accommodation. PO-6 Easily apply the theoretical and practical knowledge obtained from school and internship practices.
