Objectives of the Course
To comprehend the basic concepts and approaches of comparative cultural science, cultural changes, media-culture / literature interaction.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Comprehends the history, basic concepts and approaches of comparative cultural science researches. PO-8 They will be able to analyze the basic elements of culture and to take an active role in the protection of the information channels that protect the identity of the society through their inferences.
PO-12 Communicate professionally in the field of interest or by using oral and written communication opportunities with other sections of the society.
PO-16 Performs interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary teamwork.
Examination
LO-2 You may explain cultural changes in Turkey, the transition from an oral culture to written culture, media- culture the interaction culture and literature. PO-4 They will have knowledge about the approaches and methods developed in folk culture and will be able to prepare and apply lesson plans and activities appropriate to these methods.
PO-18 Apply the theoretical knowledge about the field to the fields of education, research and society.

LO-3 Explain and interpret the relationship with the radio between newspapers and magazines and Turkish culture and literature. PO-9 They will be able to use intercultural communication, gaining the necessary equipment to perceive and interpret different cultures.

Course Contents
This course in the history of the world and comparative cultural science in Turkey, the basic concepts and approaches to issues, cultural changes in Turkey, the transition from oral culture to a written culture, media-cultural and literary interaction, with newspapers and magazines next to the radio will be discussed Turkish culture and literature relations and It will be evaluated.
