Objectives of the Course
To compare Shamanism and beliefs among other Turkish tribes

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Recognize the basic concepts and principles of shamanism as a universal phenomenon, PO-1 Graduates of Turkish Folklore Department have basic and general knowledge about discipline.
PO-2 Students will learn the basic theories and applications of folklore.
PO-8 They will be able to analyze the basic elements of culture and to take an active role in the protection of the information channels that protect the identity of the society through their inferences.
Examination
LO-2 Explain the subject, method and basic concepts of shamanism research, PO-1 Graduates of Turkish Folklore Department have basic and general knowledge about discipline.
PO-2 Students will learn the basic theories and applications of folklore.
PO-8 They will be able to analyze the basic elements of culture and to take an active role in the protection of the information channels that protect the identity of the society through their inferences.
PO-9 They will be able to use intercultural communication, gaining the necessary equipment to perceive and interpret different cultures.
