Objectives of the Course
Aims to develop and apply in-service training curriculum to train manpower in various agencies and organizations.

Course Contents
The place of the concepts of in-service training programs and adult education in creating the man power for the development of the society. The reasons of these programs, motivating people, how in-service training programs are developed, the relationship between the steps of curriculum development and the in-service training activities of organizations.
