To put forward the state understanding of Ottoman State from its establishment to 18th century and the form of administration in this sense. To put the change lived in this process. To learn official and judicial tie between rulers and subjects at Ottoman beginning from its establishment. To teach the authorization, rights and responsibilities of the rulers and subjects. To teach the reflections of the relations between rulers and subjects at archive documents within the administration understanding. | ||
